Introduction of factory peanut frying machine line: 

1.working process of this peanut frying production line: 

Sorting conveyor to sort the unqualified peanut---wet peeling to remove the skin of peanut---fryer machine---de-oiling machine to remove the oil on the surface of peanut---air drying machine---seasoning machine.

2.For Wet Peeling Machine, before peeling, the peanut need to be soak by hot water, the peel can be removed then manual knead by hand, thus, it is output into wet peeling machine to remove the skin. When this machine working, it needs water all the time. Should connect the water pipe firstly, then turn on the machine. Thus, it can avoid the robber to be burnt. 

3.For fryer machine, it is made of stainless steel 304. 

4.For De-oiling Machine, it is new developed and with high technology. It can feed and discharge automatically. Made of stainless steel. For this machine, it is also with one bucket, and the size of hole on the bucket also can be customized according to material size.

1.Delivery time: 15 days after receiving 40% of the whole payment.

2.Payment term: 40% as prepayment by T/T, after seen the copy of the confirmed B/L sent by email,the balance of 60% should be effected .

3.Valid time: This quotation is valid for seven days.

4.Quality Guarantee Terms: Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
