Built French Fries Factory in Brazil

2026-08-21

We recently entered into a partnership with a Brazil client to supply production equipment for their french fry factory. The client has been producing French fries for approximately three years. Previously, they relied primarily on manual labor for tasks such as potato processing, cutting, and subsequent production steps. While this approach met their initial needs, the manual production model began to reveal efficiency limitations as their business operations expanded.

Currently, the client requires approximately eight hours of continuous daily operation, and these long working hours place a strain on workforce management. Furthermore, as multiple stages of the production process rely on manual labor, the overall production speed is constrained, making it difficult to further increase capacity. Consequently, when order volumes rise, the client struggles to meet the increased market demand simply by extending working hours.

After three years of market operations, the client has established stable production expertise and sales channels; they now wish to upgrade their existing production methods by introducing specialized equipment.

As the company continues to grow, customers have raised their expectations regarding future production capacity. He aims to reduce reliance on manual labor while enhancing the efficiency of french fry processing, thereby making the entire production process more stable and continuous.

In the process of communicating with customers, we first learn in detail about their current production methods, raw material conditions, product requirements and future production capacity planning. Through many meetings and exchanges, we further understood the actual production situation of the customer's current factory, and analyzed the problems such as high labor input and limited production efficiency in the existing production process.

After gaining a thorough understanding of the client's requirements and existing production conditions, our engineering team proposed a tailored equipment upgrade plan. The new solution focuses on mechanizing key stages of the french fry production process; by utilizing specialized equipment, it reduces the need for manual labor and ensures smoother transitions between processing steps.

Compared to the previous manual production method, mechanized production not only boosts processing efficiency but also stabilizes the production pace. For the client, this means a reduction in repetitive manual tasks and creates the necessary conditions for future capacity expansion and the ability to handle a higher volume of orders.

Following multiple rounds of communication and the finalization of the proposal, both parties reached an agreement, and the client formally decided to purchase our french fries production equipment to upgrade their facility.

Securing this french fries production project in Brazil will enable the client to overcome the limitations of traditional manual production and transition toward a more efficient, stable, and modern production model.
